Our Plans
Three Plans, Each Shaped to a Different Kind of Need
Some residents come for the company. Others for the cultural programmes. Others want the full arrangement of a furnished home with meals and housekeeping included. Each plan is described here in plain terms.

The Approach Behind Each Plan
Start Where You Are
Plans can be taken up independently. There is no requirement to start with the full residence and no pressure to add more than suits the current moment.
Adjust Over Time
Residents who begin with Companion Circles often add studio access once they feel settled. Arrangements can be adapted month to month through a conversation with the team.
Nothing Hidden
The price shown for each plan is the monthly cost. There are no add-on activity fees, no compulsory extras, and no administrative charges applied after sign-up.
Plan One
Companion Circles
Small social groups that meet through the week for tea, card games, mahjong and shared stories. The aim is to make easy company available at a pace each person can set for themselves. Hosts hold the room, keep things comfortable, and step back when a group finds its own rhythm. No one is ever nudged to join in before they are ready.
- Intimate groups of 6–10 residents per session
- Multiple sessions running through the week
- Mahjong, card games, storytelling and tea
- Cantonese as the primary social language
- Participation is always chosen, never required
Well suited for: Someone who has recently moved into the area or is spending more time at home alone and would welcome a regular social occasion without any commitment or expectation to perform.
Plan Two
Cultural & Recreation Studio
A weekly programme of calligraphy, Cantonese opera listening, gentle music sessions and craft afternoons, run in a light-filled studio on the premises. Residents choose which sessions to attend according to what suits their mood. There is no attendance register and no sense of obligation. The studio is a place to do something, or to sit and watch others do it, as feels right.
- Calligraphy and Chinese ink-brush practice
- Cantonese opera listening and discussion sessions
- Gentle music afternoons and seasonal craft workshops
- Professional coordinator with background in Cantonese arts
- All materials provided; residents need bring nothing
Well suited for: Someone with a background in or appreciation for Cantonese arts and crafts who wants structured creative activity in their week, with the freedom to attend as much or as little as they choose.
Plan Three
Residence & Lifestyle Plan
A comfortable furnished room with housekeeping and laundry, full dining, and open access to all social, cultural and garden activities, arranged as one unhurried monthly plan. For residents who want everything taken care of and a full community life available from the moment they arrive, this is the most complete option. It includes access to both Companion Circles and the Cultural Studio without additional charges.
- Furnished room with regular housekeeping service
- Laundry included in the monthly plan
- Three freshly prepared daily meals in shared dining
- Open access to all Companion Circles sessions
- Full access to Cultural & Recreation Studio
- Shared garden access, common lounges and reading areas
Well suited for: Someone who wants a single monthly arrangement that covers their home, meals, and social and cultural life, without having to organise or manage any part of it separately.

Across All Plans
What Stays Constant
Resident Privacy
Personal information is held in confidence. Family access to resident data is discussed with the resident first, always.
Respectful Approach
No activity is compulsory. No absence is ever pointed out or questioned. Adults are treated as adults.
Responsive Team
Enquiries and family questions are answered within one working day. There is always a named contact for each resident.
No Hidden Charges
Monthly costs are stated before any arrangement is made. Nothing is added silently after a resident is in place.
Monthly Arrangements
No long contracts. Arrangements run month by month with clearly stated notice periods discussed before sign-up.
Family Communication
Families can call during office hours and visit freely. We keep them informed and welcome their involvement in the resident's life here.
